The Karma retributions for various sexual misconducts
Upasaka Precepts Sutra (Taisho Tripitaka 1488) says:
If a man has sex at an improper time or improper place (*), or has sex with a non-female one, or with a female that is not his own wife, or does self-abuse, such deeds are called Sexual Misconducts.
(* An improper place to have sex may be a holy place such as a monastery, or a place of one's body, which is not a sexual organ.)
Only the people living in the three continents (Jambuvipa the southern continent, Videha the eastern continent & Godaniya the western continent) may commit Sexual Misconducts, while the people living in Kuru the northern continent don't commit this sin at all.
If anyone has sex with a beast, or use violence while having sex, or has sex with a monk or nun, or with someone imprisoned by him, such deeds are also called Sexual Misconducts.
......
If anyone imagines that he is having sex with another one while having sex with his own spouse, or imagines that he is having sex with his own spouse while having sex with another one, such deeds are also called Sexual Misconducts.
Buddha Spoken Mahayana Sutra on the Merits of Making Buddha Images (Taisho Tripitaka 0694) says:
The Buddha told Maitreya Bodhisattva:
"...... Maitreya, there are four types of Karmas which can make a man become a hermaphroditic person, who is inferior to all other people. What are these four? One: Doing lewd things in holy places; Two: Doing lewd things at improper places of a man's body; Three: Doing sexual acts to himself. Four: Being a boss of prostitutes.
If a living being did any of these things, but he can deeply repent his sins, and make Buddha images with a pure faith, then from his present lifetime to his final incarnation as a Buddha, he will never be reborn as a hermaphrodite."

Are Desires Natural?
Some people may define their desires as "natural", however, we should note that Desire Realm is one of the Three Realms, and the living beings in the heavens above Desire Realm do not have sexual desire, so, sexual desire is not "natural" for all living beings.
Let's consider this: If a prisoner is working under the force of a turnkey, is this prisoner free? Is this situation "natural" for the prisoner? Likewise, many mundane people are the slaves of their desires, their desires command them to do many things and they cannot refuse. Some people are accustomed to the commands of their desires so that they think their behaviors are "natural", but in fact, they are under the force of their habit-energies -- the inertia that make them go farther and farther from their true nature. Thus, in order to return to the nature and achieve the real freedom, one must get rid of his inertia.
For another example, if the gasoline tank of your car is leaking, do you think this situation is "natural"? Ok you can let it remain "natural" but your car will have no energy and will finally be unable to run. Likewise, a living being's body is leaking. The precepts can repair the leaking so that the body, or the universe, will be healthy.
Abhidharmakosakarika says:
From Akanistha heaven to Uninterrupted Hell, every living being leaks from his six types of holes continuously -- this is called Leaking.
(* What are the six types of holes? They are: one's eyes, ear holes, nose holes, mouth, genital organ and anus, also known as the nine holes.)
[The Chinese text]
Sutra Citations on the nine holes:
Mahaparinirvana Sutra says:
Mahaparinirvana Sutra says:
What does not flow away is the Tathagata. In the nine holes [i.e. outlets of the body: two eyes, two ears, two nostrils, mouth, two outlets for excretion] of the Tathagata, there is nothing that flows away. So, it is the unflowing [「anasrava」 - non-defilement]. And there are nine holes. Hence, it is "non-flowing". Non-flowing is the Eternal; the Eternal is the Tathagata. The Tathagata is not that which has been created. Hence, he is non-flowing.
